Comfy Scheduling texts
Comfy Group Homes Inc. sends text messages to its employees through Comfy Scheduling, our staff scheduling app. We text only our own staff, and we never send marketing texts. We send the sign-in codes you ask for, your schedule and changes to it, reminders before your shifts, requests to cover open shifts, answers to your time-off and swap requests, and staff announcements. You can reply to our texts, and our managers will see your reply in the app.
Signing up
The app asks whether it can text you when you first set it up, and texts start only if you say yes. You get a sign-in code by text only when you ask for one on the sign-in screen. Texts are optional. You can get sign-in codes by email instead, and saying no to texts never affects your job.
How often we text
Message frequency varies with your schedule, open shifts, and how often you sign in. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from us. We’ll send one text to confirm, and then no more. After that we can’t text you sign-in codes either, so choose email on the sign-in screen. To stop shift texts but keep getting codes by text, turn off shift texts in My account.
Help
Reply HELP for help, call us at (313) 513-0117, or email info@comfygrouphomes.com. If a text is late or never arrives, your schedule is always in the app. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number.
